Engineers from ST and SEMIKRON worked collaboratively to seamlessly combine STPOWER SiC MOSFETs – which serve as power switches in an electric vehicle’s main inverter – with SEMIKRON’s proprietary fully sintered Direct Pressed Die (DPD) assembly process for high performance EV inverters with industry benchmark efficiency and performance.
